1. Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item you receive from the Clbabyandkids online, we will be happy to issue a return or exchange, within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item is still in its original packaging and has not been worn or washed. Clbabyandkids items purchased from our online boutique must be returned with their original tags and packaging. Please note, all items purchased on sale or marked down cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return
Please visit our Initiate Return/Exchange page. Enter your order number and email and follow the prompts. Print out the provided UPS label and tape to the outside of your return. Please make sure to cover or remove all previous shipping labels. Take package to your closest UPS store.
A $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your credit.
3. Exchange
Once we receive your package an exchange will be processed within 48 hours.
Clbabyandkids will happily issue a return or exchange item ordered from our online boutique, as long as the item is returned within 30 days of purchase and has not been worn or washed.
